Selection Process

In House Incubation

The applicant has to submit an Online application for expressing interest to apply for Incubation. Upon receiving the application, an internal review is done and the feedback is passed on to the applicant for improvisation, if any.  Upon evaluation and if application is accepted, the incubation application is then recommended to be presented before the Management Committee. During the meeting, the applicant has to give a brief presentation about his idea and business plan of the proposal. Upon committee’s approval, the committee along with representative of Start-up Company will discuss the allotment of space, facility, duration of the period for such allocation and the relevant charges as the guideline set by KIIT-TBI. After mutual concurrence, it is preceded towards Incubation Agreement sign off.

Virtual Incubation

As one would realize that it is hardly possible to provide physical infrastructure space to all deserving start-ups. KIIT-TBI has therefore after extensive deliberation decided on supporting and mentoring those promising start-ups, that at this point of time where we are unable to provide physical space around campus. The start-ups will be extended the facility of the KIIT-TBI like the use of our seminar room, Meeting Room, access to our mentor pool, books, journals & also the large network of TBIs in India of which KIIT-TBI is a part.

*KIIT-TBI has sole discretion on acceptance or rejection of proposals for incubation and the decision of KIIT-TBI in this regard to be deemed final.
